About the role Support the design, governance and implementation of standardized KPIs and reporting principles across the Business Planning & Performance Transformation programme. Translate performance-management needs into clear KPI definitions, data standards, reporting requirements and governance principles. You will be responsible for Develop and maintain the enterprise KPI framework and dictionary, including definitions, ownership, data sources and reporting requirements. Requirements
- ● University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics
- ● + years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, performance management, data governance, or financial process improvement.
- ● Strong experience in finance, performance management, FP&A or finance transformation, with a shown analytical approach.
- ● Good understanding of important metrics, management reporting, data definitions and processes related to monitoring and improving performance.
- ● Ability to convert complex business needs into clear requirements, practical solutions and actionable insights.
- ● Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, capable of building links and driving alignment across different teams.
- ● A structured, thorough and proactive approach, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
- ● A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a transformation environment with evolving priorities.
- ● Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
