Business Strategy & Transformation Lead

Job Description : Business Strategy & Transformation Lead Partner with business domain leaders within Diageo North America (NAM) to understand strategic objectives, opportunities, competitive positioning, and cost/growth targets. Report/manage overall Transformation agenda for NAM ensuring initiatives are connected across functions, there is clarity on KPI and Business outcomes being impacted and programs are progressing to planned timeline and outcomes. Evaluate and effect Diageo's GBS (Global Business Services) participation in the NAM transformation agenda. Facilitate structured discovery sessions that ensure NAM and GBS requirements are fully elaborated, captured and considered throughout the solutions development lifecycle. Translate the business strategy and requirements into clear value propositions and initiative roadmaps. Global Business Services Solution Identification & Execution Design end-to-end GBS process, policy and organization architectures that incorporate standardized, scalable constructs that enable repeatability and margin optimization.
