You'll act as the gatekeeper for service transitions, ensuring new technologies are fully tested, supported, and delivered to a high standard while working closely with Operations, Member Experience, and IT stakeholders. You'll support service reviews, supplier performance, training and ongoing optimisation of IT systems to deliver a seamless experience for both members and colleagues.
