Responsibilities
- ● Support new club launches through the implementation of digital systems and processes
- ● Deliver training and online and in-person support to club teams
- ● Ensure systems are operational, teams are confident, and digital services are ready for members from day one
- ● Drive consistent digital processes across Europe, working with cross-functional teams to manage requirements and key milestones
- ● Improve playbooks and training materials, capture lessons learned, support post-opening activity, and ensure a smooth handover to the BAU Digital Support team
Requirements
- ● Strong operational or digital systems experience in a multi-site environment
- ● Confident training and coaching teams on new systems and processes
- ● Experienced in creating and maintaining checklists, templates, and playbooks
- ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- ● Fluent in English and either Spanish, Italian, or French, with flexibility to travel and work on site, including occasional weekends
- ● Experience in health, fitness, leisure, site openings, or digital platforms such as POS, booking, or access control systems is desirable
