Aftercare Manager

This phase supports the smooth transition of projects into operation, maintaining required quality standards. Working closely with contractors, consultants, club teams, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate remedial works, monitor progress and act as the key point of contact during the Defects Liability Period. You will drive defect resolution, oversee site inspections and provide regular updates to ensure issues are addressed efficiently through to formal completion and close-out.
