About the Role
As a Reformer Instructor, you will create dynamic, engaging, and results-driven classes that leave members feeling stronger, more aligned, and rejuvenated.
Responsibilities
- ● Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
- ● Be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
- ● Have great communication skills.
- ● Be self-driven with a positive outlook
- ● Have a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- ● You must hold a recognised Mat Pilates Level 3 and Reformer Level 3 qualification to apply for this role (RQF-aligned, awarding body accredited - e.g. YMCA, Active IQ, OFQUAL, CIMSPA)
