Requirements

  • ● Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within software implementation, ideally in the HR, payroll, or financial technology sectors.
  • ● Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.
  • ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Professional English Level Requiered
  • ● Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • ● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • ● Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ● Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
