About the Company

We are looking for an Associate Content Ingestion Analyst to join our team in Noida. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and passionate about managing and validating content coming from diverse data sources. You will play a key role in acquiring , ingesting, and processing data that supports our product quality and delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 0- 1 years of experience.
  • Candidate must have a graduate degree.
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Master of reading and observation skills detail-oriented in nature
  • Reviewing complex written documents & encoding information therein .
  • Well versed to perform searches on the web.

  • Prior experience in working on IP domain
  • What will you be doing in this role
  • Review incoming data for accuracy and completeness , validate it against source information, perform corrections, resolve errors, and report any irregularities as required .
  • Liaise with external and internal content providers to ensure timely and complete data delivery, and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Update and maintain internal tracking systems , logs, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting of data flow and ingestion status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to resolve content inconsistencies , ingestion failures, or metadata issues.
  • Identify , gather, and collect content using various tools, platforms, and search techniques .
  • Continuously monitor assigned list of resources to ensure timely updates and data completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards , data integrity requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Facilitate the acquisition and ingestion of data from a defined list of sources using established methods (web-harvesting, FTP delivery, email, hardcopy inputs, etc.).
