Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- ● Exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- ● Customer-related working experience
- ● Provide support to sellers and sales opportunities.
- ● Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
- ● Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- ● Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as detailed data entry and comprehensive report generation.
- ● Ensure timely and accurate processing of complex sales orders and documentation.
- ● Manage requests from customers or from sellers on behalf of customers. About the Team
- ● The team is composed of a manager and six associates who provide support across both EMEA and APAC regions. Their primary focus is on A&G sales support, utilizing the iQuest (Salesforce) platform. Task allocation is managed through an automated ticketing system, ensuring equitable workload distribution and streamlined collaboration.
