Responsibilities
- ● Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem environments
- ● Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- ● Lead and execute change management activities including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements
- ● Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to resolve enterprise-wide challenges
- ● Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting operational excellence
Requirements
- ● Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments
- ● Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF
- ● Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models
- ● Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-impact, enterprise-level incidents end-to-end
- ● Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL-based processes
- ● Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred
- ● Exposure to vulnerability management, security tooling, and data governance platforms is a plus
- ● Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives is a plus
- ● Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, or multi-cloud environments is a plus
- ● Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure, Security, or M365, or equivalent hands-on expertise is a plus
