Responsibilities
- ● Resolve customer disputes to ensure they can make payment, including discussing issues with customers on the phone or via email, and close coordination with colleagues in business support, finance, and operational teams.
- ● Reverse engineer the circumstances that led to a customer dispute to identify how it could have been prevented.
- ● Review processes in conjunction with colleagues across the business to make effective changes that prevent future recurrence.
- ● Produce and refine work instructions and processes.
- ● Generate and analyse reports applicable to the disputes process.
- ● Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- ● Previous demonstrated experience in a credit control, billing, invoicing, customer service resolutions, or a similarly related role.
- ● Ability to take actions with minimal error rates and able to identify improvement opportunities that may not be immediately obvious (Attention to Detail).
- ● Capability to analyse discrepancies.
