Responsibilities

  • ● In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Service and you will:
  • ● Drive sales growth by proactively following up small works opportunities within the below criteria:
  • ● Regional no sale on site
  • ● Regional processing error (Turnback's)
  • ● Provide technical & regulation guidance and solutions to meet client requirements ensuring quotations and opportunities are progressed efficiently
  • ● Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets, with the opportunity to earn target-driven bonus
  • ● Prepare and issue accurate quotations using company systems, including iSales
  • ● Support the Operations Manager and Head of Regional Service in delivering excellent customer service and commercial performance
  • ● What We Would Like You To Bring
  • ● To be successful, you will ideally have:
  • ● Technical knowledge on Fire and security systems
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving skills
  • ● Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • ● Understanding of UK Fire & Security regulations, certifications like FIA, BAFE, NSI training enhance credibility & compliance knowledge
  • ● A track record of working towards and achieving targets
