• ● What We Need from You:
• ● Leveraging Technology for Recruitment Context: To utilise technologies to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and attract top talent, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective recruitment strategy.
• ● Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable solutions.
• ● Strong proficiency in React Native mobile development.
• ● Extensive hands-on experience with the mobile ecosystem, including iOS and Android platforms, deployment processes, and release management
• ● Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub, supporting source control, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.
• ● Knowledge of security scanning and code quality tools
• ● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplify complex technical challenges.
• ● Core Competencies & Technical Skills :
• ● Designs, develops and maintains cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms
• ● Integrates mobile applications with backend services, APIs, authentication mechanisms and third-party platforms while adhering to security, quality and coding standards
• ● Demonstrated proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern application development practices.
• ● Strong understanding of state management, API integration, version control, and DevOps practices, including Redux, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• ● Applies structured testing, debugging and performance optimisation practices to deliver reliable, maintainable and production-ready mobile solutions
