Requirements

  • ● Significant leadership experience in Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy within a large, complex, multi-business organisation.
  • ● Proven track record of defining technology strategies and translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps and investment plans.
  • ● Deep understanding of enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, platforms and cloud technologies.
  • ● Demonstrated success delivering technology simplification, rationalisation and strategic transformation programmes.
  • ● Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing architecture teams, with experience managing teams of 5+ direct reports.
  • ● Strong understanding of strategic planning, with experience delivering both long-term (1-5 year) vision and near-term execution.
  • ● Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • ● TOGAF certification is essential.
  • ● Additional architecture or agile certifications, such as ArchiMate or SAFe, are desirable.

  • ● Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
