Cabrini 3 Central Ward We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Ward Clerk to join our 3 Central team , a dynamic 33-bed Stroke, Neurology and Medical Unit at Cabrini Malvern.
Responsibilities
- ● ommitted to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for our patients and their families. You will play an important role in helping the ward run smoothly, supporting communication across the team and creating a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and families.
- ● If you are organised, people-focused and enjoy being part of a busy team where every day is different, we would love to hear from you.
- ● Welcoming patients and families to the ward
- ● Responding to emails and incoming calls to the ward, managing enquiries, scheduling appointments
- ● Assisting with the collating of patient reports
- ● Updating the Patient Administration system
- ● Strong administrative and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- ● Is warm, approachable and provides exceptional customer service
- ● Communicates confidently and professionally with patients, families and staff
- ● Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment
- ● Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- ● Is proactive, reliable and willing to help wherever needed
- ● Has strong computer and data-entry skills
- ● Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment would be highly regarded
