- ● Completion of Undergraduate Nursing Degree in 2026
- ● Curriculum vitae (CV) including details of each clinical placement
- ● Academic transcript, most recent certified copy, including the grading legend/key page
- ● Clinical placement reports, two most recent acute nursing placement reports
- ● Professional references, two referees, with at least one from your most recent clinical placement
- ● Passport-size headshot photo
