Responsibilities

  • ● Lead technical design and estimating teams to deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes
  • ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery
  • ● Build capability through coaching, mentoring, and development of technical and estimating professionals
  • ● Partner with manufacturing, sales, and customer engagement teams to improve the customer experience from quote through to delivery
  • ● Support innovation in Frame & Truss products, systems, and processes
  • ● Oversee workflow planning and resource management to ensure customer deadlines are met
  • ● Influence business performance through value engineering, cost optimisation, and margin-focused estimating practices
  • ● Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and key industry stakeholders
  • ● Use data, reporting, and performance insights to identify opportunities and drive operational excellence
  • ● Shape a collaborative, safety-focused, and customer centric team culture

Requirements

  • ● Experienced leader with technical expertise, commercial thinking, and people development focus
  • ● Enjoys influencing change, solving complex challenges, and helping others succeed
