This is an opportunity to help shape the future of customer and commercial experiences at Bunnings. Working at the intersection of customer experience, business operations and technology, you'll play a key role in delivering transformational initiatives across Salesforce, AI-enabled solutions and enterprise platforms. You'll partner with business and technology teams to solve complex challenges, improve customer journeys and drive meaningful change across the organisation. This isn't a traditional BA role. You'll influence solution design, lead discovery and scoping activities, and help turn strategic priorities into practical, scalable outcomes. Requirements
- ● You're an experienced functional consultant, business analyst or technology professional who enjoys connecting people, processes and technology to solve business challenges.
- ● You can confidently switch between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and detailed discussions with technical teams. You're known for building strong relationships, bringing people together and communicating complex ideas in a clear and practical way.
- ● You'll thrive in this team if you're adaptable, collaborative and enjoy working across multiple projects at once. You bring a genuine team-first mindset, remain calm when priorities shift and are motivated by delivering outcomes that make a real difference for customers and team members.
- ● What you'll need
- ● + years' experience in a similar Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Lead or technology delivery role
- ● Demonstrated experience working across technology platforms and business transformation initiatives
- ● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage and build credibility at all levels
- ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate business and technical concepts
- ● Strong process improvement, solution design and problem-solving capability
- ● Exposure to AI, automation or emerging technologies will be highly regarded
- ● Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset
- ● Retail industry experience is preferred
