About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you will be the go-to support for the store's senior leadership team, keeping the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you will work with your team to ensure each day is a success and operations run like a well oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers.
  • ● Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours.
  • ● Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support.
  • ● Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements.
  • ● Manage and coordinate stock effectively.

Requirements
