About the Role

Team members are the face of Bunnings, providing friendly and helpful service to customers. They greet customers, offer tools and advice to help them with D.I.Y. projects, find the right products, and share expert tips. This is a Part-time role requiring flexibility to work a range of shifts across weekdays and weekends to ensure the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide our customers with the best experience across the store.
  • ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
  • ● Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers.

Requirements

  • ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
  • ● To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
  • ● An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store.
  • ● To act with integrity, be safe and do your best.
  • ● The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends).
