About the Role

Step into a role where you're at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it's safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is your chance to build on where you've come from, taking your leadership experience to the next level while developing new skills and making a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
  • ● Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
  • ● Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
  • ● Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
  • ● Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
  • ● Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
  • ● Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
  • ● Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
