About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team, leading by example to keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department, working with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- ● Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- ● Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- ● Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements
- ● Manage and coordinate stock effectively
Requirements
- ● The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback to bring the best out of your team
- ● Be results driven and a team player
- ● Be approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with customers
- ● Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- ● Be able to be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
