About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team, leading by example, and working with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- ● Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- ● Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- ● Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements
- ● Manage and coordinate stock effectively
Requirements
- ● Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- ● Open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- ● The ability to guide, support, coach, and provide feedback to bring the best out of your team
- ● Be results driven and a team player
- ● Be approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with customers
- ● Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- ● Be able to be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
