Our team members provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts. They are passionate about helping others and eager to learn and give it a go. As a seasonal casual team member, you will play a key role in helping customers bring their D.I.Y. projects to life while being part of a fun, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
- ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- ● Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers
Requirements
- ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- ● To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- ● An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- ● To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- ● The availability to work flexible hours from September 2026 - January 2027
