About the Role

Full time team members are needed with full day availability. As the face of Bunnings, team members provide friendly, helpful service to every customer, offering tools, advice and expert tips to turn DIY dreams into reality. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and delivering an excellent in store experience, with an adult pay rate of 28.64 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide customers with the best experience across the store.
  • ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy.
  • ● Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers.

Requirements

  • ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm.
  • ● Ability to approach, connect with, and confidently interact with customers.
  • ● Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and readiness to help across different areas of the store.
  • ● Commitment to act with integrity, maintain safety, and do your best.
  • ● Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
