About the Role
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. Responsibilities
- ● Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
- ● Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
- ● Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
- ● Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
- ● Managing and coordinating stock effectively
Requirements
- ● The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, so as to bring the best out of your team
- ● To be results driven and a team player
- ● Be approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with our customers
- ● Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- ● To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
- ● Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
