About the Role

We are looking for seasonal casual team members to join us on fixed-term contracts from September 2026 to January 2027, to help customers bring their D.I.Y. projects to life while being part of a fun, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
  • ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
  • ● Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers

Requirements

  • ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
  • ● To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
  • ● An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
  • ● To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
  • ● The availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends, from September 2026 to January 2027
