About the Role
Our team members provide friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, ensuring every experience counts, and we are looking for seasonal casual team members to join us on fixed-term contracts to help customers bring their D.I.Y. projects to life.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
- ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- ● Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers
- ● Join a team that is supportive, inclusive, makes a difference in the community, and has fun doing it
Requirements
- ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- ● To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- ● An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- ● To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- ● The availability to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends from September 2026 - January 2027
