About the Role

As an Administration Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering excellent customer service while providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • ● Greet and assist customers with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member
  • ● Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner
  • ● Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • ● Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory
  • ● Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner
