Role & Responsibilities
- ● Provide our customers with the best experience across the store
- ● Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy
- ● Serve customers with a smile at our checkout registers
Requirements
Education
- ● Act with integrity, be safe and do your best
Experience
- ● Prior experience in or a passion for all things gardening and plants, or a qualification in horticulture is highly desirable
- ● A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
Skills
- ● The ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- ● An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- ● Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings and weekends
