About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide and monitor the care of residents.
  • ● Use a systematic approach to clinical decision-making.
  • ● Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
  • ● Collaborate with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes.
  • ● Participate in the development of a supportive environment with the team.

Requirements

  • ● Hold relevant qualifications and be registered with AHPRA.
  • ● Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge.
  • ● Have valid working rights in Australia (e.g., passport, birth certificate).
  • ● Have a NDIS Workers Screen and/or a National Police check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • ● Communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
  • ● Have a strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.
