About the Role

You will evaluate individual resident's needs, collaborate with volunteers, tailor personal care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of those plans to deliver exceptional customer service. You will contribute to the organisation's pursuit of accreditation for the Leisure and Lifestyle Program and ensure compliance with industry standards. About the Opportunity: As a Lifestyle Assistant you will provide and facilitate group and individual leisure and recreational activities. Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents Coordinate engaging individual and group activities and therapies Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards
Requirements
- ● To be successful, you will bring your positivity and passion for the Aged Care Sector as well as
- ● Min Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential)
- ● Previous experience in Aged Care
- ● An understanding of person-centred care
- ● Australian Working Rights
