Responsibilities

• ● Providing and monitoring the care of residents.
• ● Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making.
• ● Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
• ● Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes.
• ● Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team.

Requirements

• ● Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
• ● Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge).
• ● Availability to do occasional night duty shifts.
• ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• ● NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.
• ● Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
• ● Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.
