Responsibilities

Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.
- ● The key focus of the role will be to:
- ● To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- ● Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- ● Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- ● Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- ● Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
- ● To be successful, you will have
- ● Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
- ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- ● Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
