About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide and monitor the care of residents
  • ● Use a systematic approach to clinical decision making
  • ● Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • ● Collaborate with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
  • ● Participate in the development of a supportive environment with the team

Requirements

  • ● Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • ● Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in charge)
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  • ● NDIS Workers Screen and/or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
  • ● Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • ● Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
