Responsibilities

  • ● Provide a range of clinical care and support services for residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
  • ● Provide and monitor the care of residents.
  • ● Use a systematic approach to clinical decision-making.
  • ● Develop appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
  • ● Collaborate with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes.
  • ● Participate in the development of a supportive environment with the team.

Requirements

  • ● 1+ years full time (or equivalent) previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • ● Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.).
  • ● Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screen.
