About the Role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs is provided.
  • ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively is provided, for example transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
  • ● Social connection and companionship is provided.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is required.
  • ● Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required.
  • ● Current First Aid and CPR are required.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required.
  • ● Police Check, valid within the last 3 years, is required.
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
