  • As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
  • The key focus of the role will be to:
  • To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
  • Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
  • Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

  • Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
  • To be successful, you will have
  • Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
