As the aged care sector continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join our high-performing Commercial team and help drive workforce, financial and operational performance across one of Australia's largest residential aged care portfolios. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a highly visible role partnering with operational leaders, Finance, Funding, Payroll, Employee Relations and Workforce teams to deliver meaningful insights that influence business decisions. You'll transform complex workforce and financial data into actionable recommendations that improve productivity, optimise resource allocation, strengthen compliance and support exceptional resident outcomes. Requirements

  • ● You'll be a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving complex business problems and influencing operational decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • ● You'll likely bring experience in:
  • ● Commercial analysis, workforce analytics, financial analysis or business partnering roles
  • ● Labour forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning or operational performance reporting
  • ● Presenting insights and recommendations to operational leaders and senior stakeholders
  • ● Financial modelling, forecasting and business performance analysis
  • ● Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query and large data set analysis
  • ● Working across multiple stakeholders to drive business outcomes and operational improvements
  • ● Highly regulated environments such as aged care, healthcare, government or large service-based organisations
  • ● Degree qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related discipline
  • ● CPA or CA qualifications (or progression towards these) will be highly regarded
