About the Role

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes, backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • ● Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable through domestic assistance.
  • ● Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home through personalised support.
  • ● Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections through social engagement.

Requirements

  • ● You must have an Australian Driver licence and your own vehicle.
  • ● You must have a current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • ● You must have valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate.
  • ● You must have a Police Check that is valid within the last 3 years.
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
