About the Role
Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include: This is a casual position based in Metro Southwest Perth, and requires travel to clients homes, this will include areas such as Fremantle, Hamilton Hill, Treeby, Canning Vale and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities
- ● Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
- ● Social connection and companionship
- ● Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- ● Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
- ● Current First Aid & CPR
- ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- ● Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- ● Experience in care role highly regarded
- ● Excellent work/life balance with shifts that suit your personal needs
