About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.
Responsibilities
- ● Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
- ● Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies
- ● Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- ● Diploma of Nursing is required
- ● Experience in aged care is highly desirable
- ● Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills is required
- ● Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills are required
- ● Prior to commencement, completion of a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) is required
