About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with daily living functions according to individual resident needs.
  • ● Support and care for residents as they age, assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination, and comfort.
  • ● Assist residents with self care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
  • ● Ensure an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
  • ● Experience in aged care highly regarded.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
  • ● Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check, or be willing to obtain one.
