About the Role
Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.
Responsibilities
- ● Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering is provided.
- ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively is provided, such as transport to appointments, help at home, and domestic assistance.
- ● Engaging in social activities as required is part of the role.
Requirements
- ● Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications are required.
- ● Minimum 6-12 months experience in a similar role, ideally in a community setting, is required.
- ● A current First Aid & CPR certificate is required.
- ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required.
- ● A Police Check, valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain, is required.
- ● An Australian driver's licence and own vehicle are required.
