Responsibilities

• ● Maintain the enterprise risk management framework and provide practical risk advice, training and reporting.
• ● Support internal audit planning, delivery, reporting, and recommendation tracking.
• ● Partner with leaders to strengthen governance, compliance, controls and risk practices.
• ● Support business continuity, crisis response, insurance and compliance programs as required.
• ● Prepare committee reporting and monitor audit actions, risks and recommendations.

Requirements

• ● You are a practical and collaborative risk, assurance or internal audit professional who can translate complex requirements into clear advice. You build credibility with stakeholders, exercise sound judgement and deliver accurate reporting in a complex organisation.
• ● We would love to hear from you if you have:
• ● A degree or certification in business, health, governance, risk, internal audit, compliance or a related discipline.
• ● Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• ● The ability to work across functions and build a positive risk and controls culture.
• ● Risk management or internal audit qualifications are highly regarded.
• ● Healthcare, aged care or assurance experience is desirable.
