About the Role

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices, travelling to clients across Boondall, Chermside, Stafford, Ascot, Newmarket and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • ● Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs is provided.
  • ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively, including transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation, is provided.
  • ● Social connection and companionship is provided.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • ● An Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required.
  • ● Current First Aid and CPR are required.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required.
  • ● A Police Check, valid within the last 3 years, is required.
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
