About the Role

We have a Permanent Part-time position open in our Home and Community support team, providing personal care assistance for our clients across Pinjarra Hills, Kenmore, Moggill, and surroundings areas. As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way. Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs is provided
  • ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively is provided, for example transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation
  • ● Social connection and companionship is provided

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required
  • ● Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required
  • ● Current First Aid & CPR are required
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required
  • ● Police Check, valid within the last 3 years, is required
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded
