About the Role

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes, backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • ● Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.
  • ● Personal care assistance is provided, such as showering and personal hygiene needs.
  • ● Assistance is given to continue to live well and positively, for example transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
  • ● Social connection and companionship are also provided.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • ● An Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are necessary.
  • ● Current First Aid & CPR certification is needed.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required.
  • ● A Police Check that is valid within the last 3 years is necessary.
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
