About The Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
• ● Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• ● Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• ● Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• ● Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
• ● Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have
• ● Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
• ● Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
• ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• ● NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
• ● Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
• ● Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
