The Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery. Responsibilities include:
• ● Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
• ● Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies
• ● Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. About You To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
• ● Diploma of Nursing (required)
• ● Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
• ● Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
• ● Prior to commencement - c omplete a National P olice C heck and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
